Experience letter for Express entry

Hi All,

I request your immediate help.

I have nearly 5 years of experience in India. I am working with my first company till now. To apply for th express entry, I need to have experience letter. But unfortunately, my organization will not give a formal experience letter for this purpose. They will only give experience letter when I leave my position. But my supervisors are helpful and said that they will give reference letter if required.

1. Could anyone one please tell us the format and the requirements for this reference letter.
2. Is there is any problem, If I submit the reference letter in notary attested paper as reference letter to IRCC ?
3. Tips regarding reference letters

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that XYZ, a ABC National, has been working Full time (50 hours per week) at XYZ COMPANY on the post of JOB TITLE from ___________ to date. During his service, he has been carrying out the following duties:

1. Duty – 1
2. Duty – 2
3. Duty – 3
4. Duty – 4
5. Duty – 5
6. Duty – 6
7. Duty – 7
8. Duty – 8

His monthly income is $000000/- (approx.) which becomes more than $00000000 Annually.

2. There is no problem if you submit a reference letter singed by your manager.

1. Did I need to do any assessment for employment for creating an express entry profile ?
2. Prior to make a express entry profile, what all documents, I need to upload for employment other than experience certificate ? does the website will instruct for uploading necessary documents?
3. Did I want to show any bank balance details while creating express entry profile?

I have a separate question here. Is the experience letter enough to prove your work ex or salary slips are needed? I have total of 3.4 yrs of experience out of which 2 yrs 2 months of experience was for a clinic who paid me in cash. So I do not have any pay slips for that. Will that be OK?

Reference letter, 3 recent salary slips and income tax returns for recent 3 years.. that's all you need
