I have a small complication. I got Noc B level Job while last month of my college.

I got job on 6 June and my study finished on 18 July and I applied my work permit on 5 September on same year.

But from 6 June to 18 July, I worked part-time and from 18 July onward I start working Full-time that I guess I am not allowed to by the law. In my job experience letter, dates are mentioned as 6 June to currently working. Should it be a problem??

While filling out Express Entry application Should I fill my job from "5 September to Currently working" or "6 June to currently working"?

Please advice, I am confused!!

You will be filling it as:
6june to 18 july > part time
19 july to currently working > full time.
Even though its the same company.
Doesnt matter when you applied for work permit.
In summer all students are allowed to work full time.

But Initially, I should mention only that experience for which I will get points as full-time work. In this case, from 19 July to 5 September, I was on Study permit. Is it better, if I will choose to mention from 5 September to currently working?

Also, 1 more question:

I went part-time for 4 months on the same position and worked full-time on another NOC 0 position. Should I mention Noc B part-time work duration in express entry profile before ITA?

It all depends on what is mentioned in your offer/joining letter. If its mentioned part time, then no matter how many hours you worked, it will be considered as part time.
Also your experience should be minimum 1 year @30 hours/week. You cannot work 60 hours per week for 6 months and show it as 1 year experience.

Your case:
Got job
June 06 (part -time)
July 19 (full time)
Applied for PGWP: September 05
Worked full time from July 19 to September 05. Why do you want to not show that? You are going to pay tax for it right?
Doesnt matter when you applied for PGWP. what matters is how long its valid.

I got job on 6 June 2018? and my study finished on 18 July and I applied my work permit on 5 September on same year.

Correct - After you receive written notice of completion of your program, you are only authorized to work after you apply for your work permit. So from 18 July - 04 September, your work experience was not authorized and you should not count it as part of your experience.

So, is working without authorization a problem? Of course it is. But lying about it makes it even worse.

On your profile, or on your application (post-ITA)? If you mean on your profile (where your eligibility will be calculated) your start date should be the date that you applied for your work permit. You are not eligible yet, so I would wait to submit the profile until you have worked for one year (September 4, 2019, presumably).

(If you get an ITA and apply, you might have to write a letter of explanation about your mistake - lots of people make this mistake, so don´t worry too much about that).

If you mean your application, you are not yet eligible (assuming you meant 2018 in the above), so you should decllne the ITA.

One purpose of the profile is to calculate your eligibility based on your work experience. You should list part-time and full-time jobs separately (even if it is otherwise the same job), and different positions (e.g. different NOCs) with the same employer as separate jobs. Ultimately, all of these details have to be in your letter of employment, and can all be combined in one letter, or in separate letters...

That means, I should put a separate entry in Express entry profile for

Job 1 Sept 5,2018 to Jan 28,2019 NOC B
Job 1 Jan 29,2019 to July 15,2019 NOC B
Job 2 Jan 29,2019 to May 13,2019 NOC 0
Job 3 May 14,2019 to currently working NOC B ??

I have 1 more confusion. I appeared for Celpip General this year. In Express entry profile, there are two option Celpip-G and Celpip-general 2014. I do not know which one to choose?

That is clear I will mark my Job 1 from Sept 5,2018 in profile but how should I show them for the period from 18 July - 04 September?

If you get the ITA, your employer´s letter should show the full dates of employment. Your personal history should too. So IRCC will know there is a discrepancy, which is why you will need to write a letter of explanation.

well, which one did you take? It should be on the score report, and I imagine that the 2014 version of the test is not available anymore.

On CELPIP score report it is written as Celpip General. Does say anything about Celpip-G or Celpip-General 2014!!

Pertaining to our discussion, should I put 18 July-4 September experience as full-time in personal history section that I should should not suppose to work by law.

Or is it better to just put 6 June [start date of employment-(Status:Study permit)] to 4 September as part-time in personal history??

Hi, my job experience started in april 2020 and i went to India from feb 13 to march 21 in 2021 on LOA. I entered into pool on 31 march and got ITA on April 1 . Now i am confused if i can apply for PR or i have to decline and wait for one for month to get new ITA and then apply for PR.
