Experience letter authentication .. Ministry of foreign affairs

Good morning.. i got an inquiry about foreign work Experience letter ... is it necessary for the letter to be authenticated and stamped by the ministry of foreign affairs in home country or can it be a requirement at any level of the application process or just the employer's stamp is enough?!!!

Please spare Ministry of Foreign Affair.. They really do have more important things to deal with then to stamp your work exp If they have to stamp work exp letters of all the applicants they will need a separate ministry Ministry of Canada Immigration!!

On a serious note, no you don't need stamping by any ministry.. Just a signed and sealed letter along with visiting card of your immediate manager (if available) will work.

Notarization is required for all the documents you will submit in paper to CIC (post you get your ITA). Now there is this confusion whether notarization is mandatory. As per my understanding it is not. But, to be on safer side I suggest to get all the documents notarized before sending them to CIC (hardly matter of few bucks).

What document are you referring when you say 'Document from Ministry of Foreign Affair'. I don't think you need to include any document from MoFA.

For example birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc ...

Do you mean they have asked you to send back your original work reference letters?
