Experience Letter!!!! Any format?

Is there any format which I can use for experience letter? Also, do I need to get it stamped or somethign?

your experience letter should reflect the duties you mentioned you have performed in the jobs mentioned for the skilled workers category in the application form.that is their way of veryfying that you fulfil the criteria of falling into the requisite class of workers.
