Experience letter and job duties letter

Hi all,
I am going to fill my application for express entry in a week as I recently cleared my IELTS with band 8.
I am claiming 3years of work experience in express entry profile. I worked with 4employers and got job duties mentioned letter from 3 employers. 1 company is now closed and not operating in which I worked for 6months. What can I do as in this situation. Is it ok if I submit letter of explanation? My current points are 453 but if I don't claim that 6months , my points are going down to 430. Please guide me how do I claim that 6monthd experience ( I have offer letter, relieving letter , bank statement for that 6months employment).

A reference letter from a older colleague will help. Also, under LOE mention about the company closure.

Any information on how can I submit a letter from my older colleague? As there is no Letter head can I take affidavit kind letter from my older colleague ?

You can get a reference letter on a blank paper. Get is notarized.

Hi I have few more questions related to my proof of work experience.
For one employment I don't have offer letter with me. I had relieving letter, reference letter and last 3month payslips. Is that enough??
Secondly usually how many payslips we shisho furnish for any employment. Is last 3 month payslip are enough along with those 3months bank statement to prove the salary transaction??

You just need a Letter of Reference which will be the poof of your work experience..
This letter should contain the following:

• Be on the company letter and should be signed(by HR or a responsible manager) and stamped(if possible)
• It should mention your name, designation and detailed job responsibilities. If you held multiple roles, please highlight job responsibilities for each role. Each role should have start date and end date(if applicable)
• It should contain your monthly or yearly salary, numbers of hours worked/week

Gaps between jobs
Regarding employer reference letter

How do I mention all different things in one loe or can I use multiple loe s for each category??

No, reference letter is mandatory.
