Experience less than 1 year in any company will not be considered in EE? Please tell me is it true?

wrong. CEC requires 1 year cumulative, doesn't need to be continuous 1 year in 1 job 1 NOC. But getting CRS points for Canadian experiences do need to be continuous.

I have 10 months in one job then 4 days gap and then 2.7 Years second job...do you think I will get points for 3 years given that I submit all docs?

Ordinary ,

The minimum requirement is that you have 1 year of full-time, paid work experience or equivalent period of part-time work. You do qualify for EE.

In your case, I'm assuming that in your second job, you have full time work experience of 2.5 years. So, if you can get the reference letters from both the employers and have employment related documents like pay stubs, offer letters, increment letters etc., you MIGHT be able to claim points for 3 years of work experience.

Experts, please correct me if I am wrong!!!

Please note that you must have worked for at least 30 hours/ week [or equivalent hours for part-time] in both your jobs to be eligible.

Hope this helped!

Thanks ,

Raj!
