Experience in different NOC

I have 2years 11 months of experience in IT field that comes under NOC A.
I want to shift to networking domain that comes under NOC B ( not sure).
Will my experience be calculated as above 3 years if i work under networking domain, inspite of being under different NOCs.

is it a fulltime job with at least one year of continuous year? You can look up the NOC in the database
