I had worked as manager back in 2001, but then I did not manage people. Currently I am on H1B now work as System Analyst/programmer.
Question: Can I use my past experience (I worked as Team Lead little bit over year) to apply for Ferederal Skilled Worker programm ? Or I should apply using my current job experience and go for H1B Alberta way?
I think timewise both ways are same but want to save time and choose more safe way.
Thank you in advance!

You can apply as FSW if you had a 1 year experience sometime in the last 10 years or you can do the AB program. It's up to you. You could even apply for both at the same time. If you do, let the AINP know. If nothing is happening to your FSW at the time you get your PNP certificate, you can ask the AINP to tell CIC to change your FSW application to PNP. They may do it automatically anyway so you might have to tell them not to if you don't want to.

Just send certified copies. If you are applying for AINP first, you can wait and see when you have all your stuff if you have your PNP certificate already, then you can skip FSW. If you do apply for FSW, just tell the AINP that you have an application in.

But in application said
Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in universitysealed envelopes.
It is not really necessary? Because for me it is pain on the neck to get transcript in English in sealed envelope from my country

If they ask for originals, you have to send originals. Is that the application for the Alberta PNP certificate or the one for FSW PR? As long as it's not both, you don't need 2 originals.

I cannot guarantee, and I cannot be responsible for the consequences of whatever you decide to do, but I assume there's some leeway in this university transcripts affair. If you submit the "originals in an university sealed envelope", they will be in the original language (assuming not english nor french). and if they are in the original language, they're useless.

so you need to take them to an official/certified translator... I guess you can bring the sealed envelope to the translator, and ask him/her to write a statement that he received the document in a sealed envelope, and you can also ask the translator to give it back to you in a sealed envelope.

surely you're not the first person in your country to ask this question, what I suggest is that you contact the Canadian mission in your country and ask how to proceed.

One way around this I think is for you to ask two sealed envelopes of your transcripts. One you open and have it translated and then you send the translation and the other sealed envelope to CIC. They will be satisfied as it will be sealed and translated.

Guys thank you for your answer regard transcript. I will have one only English transcript in sealed envelope. I will have it confirmed in nearest days.

Now when I compare chances between Alberta and FSW big thing will be IELTS. With 1 year experience (FSW) I have to pass test with maximum mark. For Alberta I have more experience to offer and can be be more relaxed on IELTS. I just have no time for preparation and even though I do not have problem with language tests never were piece of cake for me. I would apreciate any thoughts on that.

One more question jumped in my mind. For Alberta, referential letter from my company (visa sponsor) should have exactly same title as on my visa, or it could be slightly different?
Thanks again for answers

getting used to the format of the test is an absolute must. there are books that you can buy to help you prepare, and if I am not mistaken, you can download a few samples from the ielts website. but don't make the mistake of taking the test without familiarizing yourself with its format in advance...
