experience certificate

Hi All,

I just read on the July 2010 thread that the experience certificates or (reference letters) from the empployer can only be 3 months old from the date of application. Say I am trying to shwo 4 years of experience. I have got a recent letter (which is for NOC 1122) and the rest 3 years was divided b/w 2 companies..so I have 2 seperate experience letters...but I got both in 2008..(the NOC for these is 1112)..which is not in the list

Do we need to get all the experience or reference letters again??

OLD Experience letters will work, however, reference letters must be "up to date'.

By experience letter I meant....the letter giving job duties , salaries etc. So will my situation be fine?
