Expected period after sending additional documents

Hi,
I sent additional documents July.29.2014 and still wating reply or result.
I sent first additional document July.9 and received reply to send another one on July 23.
So I guessed I would receive final decision on my apply around this time.
Please let me know or share your experience if you know or have any.

If they need more stuff they will ask you like they did first time.

If they don't then they wouldn't usually make further contact.
