Expected date of receiving the ceremony letter

CIC sent me the ceremony notification letter on Dec of 9th. Now it is already Dec 16th and no letter yet.

When can I expect the letter to arrive?

If you don't get the letter today, phone the CIC call center and ask them to verify the time and location (presumably you already know the date), then print out your ECAS page and show up anyway , even if you don't get the letter. Canada Post isn't batting perfectly these days.

I phone CIC three days ago. They mentioned it might take up to 10 working days. Still, no letter yet. :-(
