Good day! Just want to share an experience and ask some details as well. She was a low skilled worker before then she changed program to Caregiver. She applied her new work permit in New York before her previous work permit expired. She got the approval for the caregiver work permit and have to exit to the border to get the actual one. Now, her concern is that she didn't apply for restoration because she submitted her new caregiver work permit before the previous work permit expires. They say she is now implied status but can't work. She's goin to US border to exit. Is there any problem with her case or is it safe?
