Exited as a minor 25 years ago, reentered into Canada

I tried going to service canada to get my SIN number. The person who was helping me was about to do it before the supervisor stepped in asking me to show my PR card. I will try getting a driver's license and health card soon.

I'd go back and demand to be issued a SIN on the basis that Service Canada's website accepts the IMM 1000. If that doesn't work demand to speak with a supervisor. It's not guaranteed but worth a shot.

Driver’s license should be easy to get. Healthcare is a different story

Well it's been 2 years and I survived living in canada through COVID and other matters. Right now my main goal is to apply for my PR card and later my SIN number.

Do I just apply using the IMM 5444 document just to get my PR card?
