Exit/Re-entry issue from saudi arabia..NEED HELP

Hello everyone,
I recently got admitted into a course in canada for sep-2016. I am having trouble completing my application for study permit.
I contacted visa application center but they are giving me confusing information.
I need to know that whether or not i need Exit/re-entry on my saudi iqama(residence permit).
Please help me in this because i really need the visa.

I got the info from canadian visa application center jeddah . I think iam gonna apply online.

if you are asking if exit/re-entry is required for visa application, then no
but you still need it if you are coming back to saudi

Hello brothers:

There is not need for exit/re-entry visa because if you leave KSA, it means final exit.The exit/re-entry is needed if your family live here as residents and you need to issue the 9month exit re-entry visa, other than this no need for that exit/re-entry visa.

Secondly no need for the police certificate unless u r informed to do so, because you will pay 85$ for bio-metrics. they will take your eye and finger prints. Sometimes they need police clearance, and at that time you will do it for them.
