Exemption of Labour Market Inspection

Hi all,

Does any province/territory offer an exemption from LMIA for any in-demand or in-shortage occupations/professions in NZ?

For example, NZ offers an exemption labour market inspection for certain professions such as Structural Engineers.

Similarly does any province or territory or federal release any such in-demand occupation list?

Look into provincial nomination programs; some provinces have streams that prioritize in-demand NOCs. You can also bypass the LMIA process and get PR with a job offer from a designated employer in the Atlantic provinces.

Thanks, yeah bypassing the LMIA is what I am after. Thanks, for the resource, I will look into it. Did my research last night, and I concluded that the best way to immigrate to Canada is to invest in a minimum 2-year education program in Canada.
