Good morning,

I am an Executive Assistant and I work for the Vice President in my organisation, what are the chances of me apply for an express entry to live and work in Canada? I have a sibling living there already.

Please advise.

Regards.

For those who have any of the first blood relations in Canada, they can sponsor you or give you points on your own immigration application.

Your chances are good.

siblings can't sponsor siblings. Parents and children only.

You cannot sponsor other relatives, such as brothers and sisters over 18, or adult children who support themselves financially.

if she's an executive assistant working for a VP, pretty sure she's over 18 and can't be sponsored by a sibling.

Yes - you can. But only if specific criteria are met. The sponsor cannot have a spouse or children, their parents cannot be alive and they cannot have any other family members in Canada. If the sponsor meets these requirements, they can sponsor one of their siblings.
