Does this have anything to do with sponsoring a spouse? And you posted your question in two threads. Pick one ;)

I worked illegally for two days .
Unfortunate, working illegally was a bad call.

With an Exclusion Order, you cannot return to Canada for one year.
  • If you do wish to return before the 12 months have passed, you must apply for an ARC.
  • If an exclusion order has been issued for misrepresentation, you cannot return to Canada for five years.
  • If the CBSA paid for your removal from Canada, you must repay that cost.

You need to leave as per your exclusion (IMHO). Chances of being approved for an ARC are slim and it would likely take over a year to process anyway. Otherwise you may want to look into legal representation if you're going to try.

Ultimately in a situation like this it's about how much time and money you are able to and willing to invest if you're going to try and fight this.
