Excluded noc's BC PNP

Unfortunately I think it's really hard to say since when this NOC will be included again since COVID-19 is still impacting employment for these NOCs in the province. Any chance you can get enough point to qualify for Express Entry directly? That would be the best option if you can make it work.Hi there,
Anyone knows when the BC pnp programm will send invitations again to excluded NOC's? Mine is 6341. Any advice about what can I do?

Unfortunately, I do no meet the requirements for Express entry, since my score drop drastically from 433 to 383 since I stopped worked full time for my employer. I used to have a young professional visa but expired by the end of July. Because of this, I had to enrolled me in a private college.. and I'm able to work only 20 hrs per week. This is why I must receive an invitation to apply through BC pnp
Do you have any advice for my situation?
