My advice to you never ever go for a lawyer specially when you are in other country because these lawyers lie you all the time and take the fee but don't do anything as they know you can't harm them by any means. I have very bitter experience of hiring a Canadian lawyer in montreal..
I hope you take my advice..rest is your decision.

Dear All,

Thank you so much for your advices. My issue is that i already have a PR for myself my wife and my two kids , but the third one , he does not have a PR , he has only a travel document which will expired in March 2018.

My issue that i could not go to montreal in may 2016 to maintain the 730 days. my Pr will expire in july 2018. The lawyer advice me to renounce my status and apply again to get a new PR, thay is why i would like to hire a lawyer , i dont know if this is correct or not .

Please help me .
