Exceeded Processing Time

I have applied for visitor visa for my minor child on 23 June from India .
Now the application is exceeded the processing time.
My query is how I can contact IRCC from India to expedite the process .

There is no way to expedite the process. Processing times are when most not all are processed by. Also if refused in the past it may take longer to review the file to make sure you addressed reasons for refusal. Raise a webform.

So it may take longer because child is not coming just to visit but live in Canada on visitor record. Did you apply for WP before or after birth?

So came to India and now I need TRV for minor .

So was child born in Canada? If so, TRV will be refused as child needs passport. What about your spouse was it her status if you are on paternity leave?

How much time did you spend on a WP in Canada and in what province? How much time have you been abroad? When does your WP expire? Are you married and do they have status in Canada?
