exceeded processing time for TRV application submitted inside canada

is there anyone having the challenge of online TRV application submitted inside canada that exceeded the processing time specified in CIC site? i applied for TRV on the 23rd of september, it processing is meant to be 14days, it has spent 27day without no response from CIC. I have sent several enquiries mails but no reply.

anyone with the same issue?

I submitted the paper application on 25th Sep and I have not heard anything back from them too.
They are not responding to my emails too.

If you applied online, you can simply log online to view the status. Just use:
