Evidence to reside outside Quebec

Hi,

In bit of a fix. Just got an email to show evidence that I will be residing outside Quebec with 30 days.

I am presently a phd student in Quebec on student visa. On my express entry application, I stated that I will be residing in Ontario which I plan to do on completion of my education.

What type of evidence can I show?

That is the main issue, I have been in Montreal since 2016 when I came for my school.

The link you posted have given me a few ideas. I have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old who are still back in my home country and who have spoken nothing but English, and the letter from IRCC says worked in Montreal while I'm just doing my PHD.

I really don't want to settle in Quebec and Ontario seemed the best bet.

What do you think?

Hi I didn't get understand why you applied for express entry while you are residing in Quebec. Federal express entry is not for Quebec residents. Similarly Quebec doesn't allow their applicants to go outside of Quebec while their application is being process.
I have a very long story for this immigration process. I completed my PhD from Quebec in 2014 and applied for PR under QSW in 2015. But I got my job outside of Quebec , thus I moved from Quebec. It was a temporary job and I had a plan to go back to Quebec. My PR application under QSW got stuck at the middle. Finally after two years, I applied under express entry ( some of my friends suggested why I am wasting my time for that application) last April and my application got approved on June 9. After few days later I got an another email that my PR under QSW also got approved (what a joke!).
Now I am living outside of Quebec and I have accepted my express entry PR and have withdrawn my PR under QSW.

Did you mention in the letter that you planned to move to Ontario AFTER your PhD? Or do they require the moving to take place even immediately, before the PhD is finished?

Dear Friend ,

I am in same boat . Need help

I need help what to reply for Question for Express entry for CIC regrading "Intent to Stay outside Quebec" . I was in Canada from 2011 to 2015 in Montreal Quebec. After that I moved internally in same company for new assignment in Chicago , USA on Nov 2015. I am here for almost 2.5 years and applied for PR from Ontario .

I don't have any specific proof to show my intent except general letter of explanation . I have no intention to go to Quebece back as it was difficult fot me to settle their due to language barrier hence in first place i moved to USA.

Please help what should be best for me to reply to CIC .?
