Hi just a quick question:
Can I put the evidence in the envelop "Proof of Relationship" or do they want it behind that answer of the question? like I made a separate sheet of paper should I put like flight tickets behind or just write for evidence see proof of Relationship Envelop?

Question 24
Check “Yes” or “No” to indicate if your sponsor did visit you during the period of your relationship.

If you answer “No”, explain why.

If you answer “Yes”, provide details such as :
•number of visits
•dates and length of the visits and
•whether or not you stayed together in the same location.

Note: Provide documents (for example, tickets, visas, etc.) as evidence.

thanks!!!

i put everything in the application as it was asked for. so for your example, i answered the question, then wrote "see attached paper", put that print out behind the paper that the question was asked on.

for additional relationship proof, i did not use a separate envelope. all my application was in one pile, and my "extra proof" was at the end.

As much as I could - I had all supporting documents (flight itineraries, tickets, etc) right behind the official form we filled out. I clearly labeled the top of each supporting document with the IMM page number and question number as well.

Some of their forms asked for 'the same' evidence as another form - in that case instead of including it multiple times I answered "see attached pictures" and included all of that in a separate section at the end.

I don't think there's a right way to do it Ema - just ensure it's clear and organized :)

It's also important to have your full name, date of birth, sponsor's name and DOB, his/her UCI number at the top of each `attached' sheet, because CIC will `un-attach' them for sure. Everything in the application will need to be scanned by CIC, as part of their process, so having a piece of paper that states that it belongs to form IMM xxxx, question x, needs to also have a name to match it with...just in case.

Yes.

All you need is the information written/typed that could help the person match the extra sheet(s) with your application.
Since you probably don't have a UCI number yet, your name [alone] may not help them do this. This is why including the sponsor's information can only help.
