I know someone on this forum that contacted his MP after file has been approved and he did not hear back for a long time, and then after contacting his MP, he got portal email the next day!
Yes, I will do that, let us know when you get any updates. Although, I haven't contacted IRCC lately, after all these GUs. So I am not sure what stage I am in.

I would highly suggest that you contact IRCC, You have a valid reason to contact them (because you got several GUs)
I contacted her earlier and that's when i found out that my application was approved on 28th June. i will send her another email today. however i dont think i will get an answer on time because of elections
Guys in this situation, I suggest not to force IRCC for final decision through MPs. They can take it personally and it could end up as a ego clash and delays for you. IRCC agents are really qualified ppl, they don't want some MP to interfere in their job. WHat do you guys think about this?
I agree with you that it might end up as an ego clash, but if IRCC agents are "qualified", then they should do their job well?
Can you imagine how it feels to wait for over 50+ to hear back after knowing well that your application has passed all the stages and has been approved. If they want to do their Job well, they should send the portal email.
It's not unfair to applicants waiting around too, lots of anxiety and depression.......................................................................................................................
Everything you said is right. All I was saying is be careful while dealing with IRCC. "Qualified" was not that very important in the message.
I called IRCC today morning to ask about my 5th Ghost Update. Again no progress. Same as it was on 8th July 2021. Everything passed but Security not started. I have got 2 ghost updates last week but she said both were false. And she also asked to not call after every ghost update.

Is anyone or everyone here with everything passed except final decision waiting for portal email answered any of statutory question YES because of situation like visa refusals of any country or created profile before completing one year exp in Canada ? Just trying to understand if that can be a reason for delay!!??
got a reply from my MP today.
"An update was requested regarding your application with CIC.
It seems that you are in the cue for a virtual landing and there is no way of knowing when this will be but rest assured that they are aware of your inquiry and your request to get this done as soon as possible. "
