If you mean from when I originally submitted my application to Morden, it was around 4 months but this won't be the same now that they aren't doing exploratory visits.

im in the stage where the morden immigration represanative contacted MPNP as to support me , and now we are waiting for a response back from MPNP

I'd like to think within a month, but I'm sure they will be having delays like the rest of the immigration system.

Yes, you can go through the paper based route, this can take longer though.
