Are you planning on coming to Canada on a study permit? If so, definitely avoid Evergreen. It's a private college. So bad reputation with employers and no PGWP after you complete your studies. Attend a public college instead.

If you changed to a public college - then yes, you should get a PGWP. The length of the PGWP will be based on the length of the program at your public college. They will not consider the education you complete at evergreen.
