Evaluation of masters studies

Is there any way to know if my master studies will be assessed as a Canadian one, before submitting it to WES?

I am also a bcom and LLB from india
Both 3 years courses. We do need a licence for practicing from Bar council of india.
So what do the bc PNP evaluate our first professional degree in law as masters or bachelors or two certificates ??
