Evaluation for studies

Hello.
I have a question on behalf of my sister. She wants to move in Canada. She did bachelors from Guru Nanak Dev university and BED from Jammu and Kashmir board. She has to do wes for that? Or any anything else? And she also completed her masters from uk. For that education she have to do evaluation. Can someone please tell me how can she do evaluation for her studies through Wes or any other organisation? That would be a great help. Thanks

Hello.
I have a question regarding WES. My sister have done master from UK. She wants to immigrate from uk to Canada. Do she have to do wes for her uk study? And as she is doing evaluation for her Indian study, if she have to do the evaluation for her uk study then she have to start new application for that or in the same reference number she can apply? And what is the option we can select for uk email delivery? There are two options Canada post and international courier. Would that be international courier? Because she also want one copy of evaluation for herself in UK.
