12th : 72% but no maths in 10... having vocational subjects.
Bachelor's degree : BCA 65% ( one backlog in maths.. but cleared in first attempt got degree same year) 2012
1 year work as a computer operator in CA's office.... having certificate.
6 months training with IT company in networking.
IELTS : overall 7 bands
wanna apply for sept 14 intake for networking course

IELTS is good.
Academic profile is a bit low but fine.
Go ahead and look for the universities which are offering the program which you intend to study.
I guess there won't be issue if you didn't studies Maths in 12th as you studies it in BCA but still you can cross verify it by querying to the concerned person in the university/college you are applying for.

If you are targeting some best universities in Canada i.e Toronto, McGill and UBC, then YES!

Your profile is good! Do some research on what other colleges are offering similar courses. Secondly, try doing a province preferred research. Right now rules are quite stable in Manitoba specially but the only limitation is the the program you are looking for.

Keep Searching though :D
