I applied for my families eTA's on 29 december 2016 as we visiting canada in june for 10 days.out of 4 applications 2 got approved on the same day but other 2 didnt.after few days i got a email asking to submit few documents which i did very next day.until now neither i get any response and nor my eTA get approve.its more then a month now i sent 2 case specific enquiries and got reply to 1 of it saying is in progress..im frustrated..do anyone know what to do at this stage to get eTA approved?

Still no response..god knows why it takes this long
I didn't get any response yet any suggestions from anyone who been through similar situation?

What were the extra documents requested?

Passport,family information and a history forum was required and i submitted next day
