ETA with approved Rehabilitation

HI have criminal conviction 25years ago. have applied for rehabilitation got approved. But each time I apply for ETA I will have issue or delay when I tick the box that says I have a criminal record. how long do I need to state I have a record for?

You have a criminal record so you have to check this box indefinitely. There is no period of time after which you can stop.

Thank you. I have applied for ETA but its been a month and still no news. and I only have a very short period of time to visit my family. now i wasted a month. anyone have any idea who or where i can get help?
