I can't post links, but you can google for it, or go to the CBC news website and look for an article called "Canada gives visa-exempt travellers 6 months to comply with electronic travel authorization
".

"travellers from visa-exempt countries a six-month grace period to comply with a new pre-screening measure that was set to take effect on March 15"
...
"from March 15, 2016 until fall 2016, travellers who do not have an eTA can board their flight, as long as they have appropriate travel documents, such as a valid passport"

ETA starts from 15 march in india..

basically ..... its a new program for Canada visa exempted guys like USA PASSPORT HOLDER...they need to apply ETA .........

Fee - CAD 7
Processing - 3 days...you receive mail and further they mailed you

US citizens are NOT required to get ETA

"However, U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid Canadian visa are exempt from the new requirement."
