eta needed? - Work permit renewed in Oct 2015

Hi,

I renewed my work permit in Oct 2015 at an airport border crossing. Is eTA included in renewals after August 1 2015 or do I still have to get it?

That website says I need one, but http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1051&top=16 says it should be included and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=494&top=15 implies that it is as well.

In india .... For work permit renewal you need to apply for work visa again - for ETA in India ...it stated from 15 March as well as its not implies on indian..

so file application of worker visa form (IMM-1295E)
