so one of the agent apparently applied for eta without my knowledge, I now see it as approved but below that it says as my eta has been cancelled, i dont see my cancellation email as it has gone to the agent. my concern is am i banned if eta is cancelled? And how is it my fault if the agent applied it? is ircc system so weak that anyone can apply for anyone's ETA? Im applying for PR and this BS has got on my nerves now... I mean idk whats gone wrong here... how can I get ETA approved if i hadnt applied? and how can they ban me? which im unsure of bcoz i dont see the reason behing cancellation

You need to get the details behind the refusal. I'm not sure how you do that for an eTA. It's impossible to say what has happened and if there's any chance of a ban without a lot more information.

You are held responsible for any applications submitted on your behalf. You would have given the agent your personal details such as passport, etc. in order for that agent to act on your behalf.

At a minimum, if the eTA was refused, you need to declare this refusal in your PR application.

so it says approved and then cancelled below it so is my ETA actually cancelled or refused? bcoz the PR form asks me if you have had any prior refusals? but this was a cancellation from VO end so should I tick yes or no?
