ETA For VISA final Decision

Hi Team,

I have Submitted online application on 2nd February, 2019. On March 3rd the status changed to We are reviewing your application will update once final decision is made.

till Now no update on my visa. How long will it take to review single application. why there is delay.(one of my colleague who just 2 weeks before has already got status, why not mine )
