My girlfriend has been down visiting me from the UK for about a months time now and was supposed to fly home around the 6-7th or so of June. She just got an email saying her eTa was cancelled (reason given was her withdrawal of the previous eTa but we already sorted it out and when she re-applied provided all kinds of documents and had this new one approved), what I’m trying to figure out is why was it cancelled again if she didn’t withdraw her application and if she needs to get on the first flight back home tomorrow, or can she stay the remaining weeks time and then re-apply when she returns home before coming again? It does say she can re-apply we just have no idea what happened to cause it to be cancelled,
