my partner has applied for an eta and we had to submit a police check, drivers history and police reports.
He has some fuel theft, a riding in stolen car and a damage property as a youth under the age of 18 all were without conviction.
He also had a false statement to police which was about how many people stole from him... he said 4 there were 2 and they didn’t take money just property.
the last sentence was a fine in 2010. He payed it in 2014.
do you have any experience with applying for an ETA and if they deny him is there a chance they will just give him a trp?
