What is the procedure to get ETA after receiving LMIA work permit from within Canada ? How long does it usually take to get the ETA ? Thanks

Assuming you qualify for an eTA it should just take a few hours. Note have having an LMIA work permit does not automatically mean you qualify for an eTA.
