Please help me. I am applying under NOC 2171. I am BCA graduate. I am in the process of ECA assessment.
My question is do I need envelope of official transcript or Attestation is enough. For transcript, I have checked with the University and they don't have the copy of my term syllabus :-(
So I am thinking of an alternative of attesting the degree certificate/mark list by University and send it.
Please let me know if this is fine,
