Estranged father and half-siblings

I'm at PR application stage now. My wife has an estranged father, and as a result, has some half siblings but my wife has no idea about their information such as full name, DOB , whereabouts. Can we leave them out? If not, how can we put them in.

Put in as much information as you know and explain on a separate sheet.

Bad advice. They know the siblings exist, so to leave them out would be misrepresentation.

I second this. My spouse had a estranged father and we put the last know information and wrote a letter of explanation explaining the situation.
