Establishing Residence in BC during Covid?

Hey all,
Looking for experience from others who have established residence in BC during the COVID crisis. How have you gone about applying for your SIN, driver license, MSP etc? Can everything be done online, by mail? What government offices are open to assist in obtaining these services?

My wife and I have already done a 'soft landing' and plan to drive up from CA next month.

All is possible once you have finished your 14 days of strict quarantine. Things have opened up now so as long as the numbers don’t increase again things will hopefully continue to open. Hiring still very slow and it will take the medical system years to catch up on missed appointments.
