Essential Travel for fiance from India

Hello guys,

I am a PR in Canada. My fiance is in New Delhi, India and she's trying to get an appointment for essential travel under the 'exclusive dating relationship' category.

Please could someone advise as to what all supporting documentation is required except for the forms?

Does she have a TRV? Or are you wanting information for written authorization? Has she completed biometrics? Not sure what you mean by “trying to get an appointment”.

Have you ever lived together? What evidence do you have of your relationship?

She has a valid TRV valid until early 2022. Does one apply to VFS or to IRCC for travel authorisation ? VFS was closed in Delhi and is gradually re-opening. I wasn't sure if an appointment is needed.
