I studied in ESL institution with student visa in alberta for like 10 months and am now thinking to apply for MPNP. Does ESL course still count as an international student, which has to work 1 year to apply for MPNP not 6 months? Please let me know if anyone has the answer..

When I was taking ESL, they call it program. Again remember it is only available for international students, while business diploma available for everybody.
I can give u 99.99% that ESL is not Degree, Diploma or Certificate.
