Error while uploading form

hi,
i have tried many times to upload a form IMM5257E. Form is completed and validated but after updation the error comes that uploaded file is xxxx.pdf and upload-not submitted to IRCC and this same happen with all the documents like photo upload , passport upload. Need a urgent help please.
