Error while uploading documents in OINP portal

Hi,
I got invitation for masters stream pnp, but when I started to upload documents its showing an error ‘java.lang.RuntimeException: Upload failed
- java.lang.RuntimeException’

Does anyone what is this error ? Is it from their end or mine ?

try contacting ontarionominee@ontario.ca they will help you with that and I think its a common error

Same here, tried from 2 different laptops and came across another user in another group, that has the exact same issue. So it must be affecting people selectively (otherwise there'd be much more noise about it I guess), however not clear what exactly is causing the error.
Sent a query to ontarionominee@ontario.ca as balualla is suggesting above, no response yet. Let's stay in touch here, in case one of us finds out anything!

Also, our stream is different, the Human Capital Priorities Stream - but that's probably not the main point

Got the following response from OINP team:

Please be advised that the technical issue has been resolved. Clear your browser cache and history before accessing the OINP e-Filing Portal again. Please ensure that all required documents are present before submitting the application and re-upload any missing documentation.
