Hello everyone, have been trying to pay my study permit application fees since yesterday but, am having errors unable to put in my card information. Is anyone facing the same issue or is it just me.

I haven’t put in my Visa card details yet, as soon as I transmit to pay the error pop up, saying my session has expired with out taking up to 1 seconds. I will like to know if am the only one facing this issue at the moment, I have already sent them a web form
Ah, I see, Well I recommend:
- First of all, make sure all mandatory documents are uploaded. Sometimes an error may exist even in the IMM form that you uploaded.
- Log out from the CIC website.
- Hopefully, you have google chrome. Mozilla is insane when it comes to CIC.
- Clear all cookies and history related to CIC.GC.CA
- Open the chrome browser and I hope this solves the issue.
