Hi guys,
I just realized today that I may have inadvertently made an error on my background/declaration form (IMM5669E). I work for Alberta Health Services, and though it is a corporation, it reports to the Ministry of Health, and may be considered a government agency. When I was filling out my form, I wrote NONE where it asked if I had held government positions.
Am I able to make a correction at this stage? I received my AOR in March 2013. Should I email a new form or send it via courier? I was also going to send a police certificate that came in late. Can I send these together, or should I send them separately to avoid confusion.
Any help would be appreciated....
