Error in WES report

Hi ,
My name is Deepak Barnabas Sukumar. I have applied for WES and got my report. In the application name provided in WES it is mentioned as Deepak Barnabas Barnabas Sukumar instead of Deepak Barnabas Sukumar ( My middle name spelled twice) . When I contacted WES for the same the responded saying that the proof of change in name should be provided with the recipients which in this case is the IRCC. Request your valuable suggestions on the same and what needs to be done in this case.

Deepak Barnabas.S for which i can write a LOE saying my initials is my surname. But my concern is that the application name provided in WES report doeent match any (Middle name spelt twice).

This is pretty strange.

Your WES report should have your name exactly as it appears on your certificates.

In any case, it's unclear what you said about WES's response, are they requesting you to provide a proof of name change to them and/or IRCC?

The name on credential is same as the one's in my certificate Deepak Barnabas .S.
The name provided by the WES in the personal info column on the top have Deepak Barnabas Barnabas Sukumar.

They requested to provide it to IRCC.
