Error in uploading documents

Dear all,

Please help. I am uploading the documents in the post - ITA form and getting this error.

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: You have specified an incorrect file format for your attachment. Retry with another format. The following file formats are allowed: DOC; JPG; PDF; PNG; and TIFF.


My file is of just 2mb and .pdf only.

Any suggestions. Really worried.

Can you compress your pdf? 2 mb is huge for a pdf. How many pages does the pdf contain.
i use www.smallpdf.com. Its excellent. Try it and see if it compresses to 500KB or so. Try uploading then...

What is the maximum size of the pdf allowed? My educational transcripts and 6 month account statement is 4MB+

4mbs...is your internet speed good enough....clear internet history and cookies and try again.

Hope your issue is resolved, there are 2 buttons , attach and then upload. I suspect this error comes if you click on upload without attaching file
