Error in the PP request from CIC

Hi,

I had applied for PR 1 year back, I completed my medical in july and submitted few more documents in AUG. On 2/OCT I received an email from CIC asking to submit passport for completing the PR process along with Photo and a Form.

The problem is the date mentioned on the letter is 2/Sep and I had 30 days to the submit the form, which would make the last day for submission as 2/Oct.

The status online changed from "In Process" to "decision made" after the 20th of sep(I used to check regularly but was not able to check from 20/sep to 30/sep ). When I checked the status on 1/OCT, it was "Decision Made".

I am not sure if there will be a problem now, Can my PR be rejected ?

Raise a CSE with your visa office right away, as your PPR may have gotten to you late.

Online status says that the correspondence was sent on oct 2,15. and I should wait for the correspondence and then provide the documents as instructed.

I replied to the mail on 5/oct and on 6 Oct I received an updated letter with the correct date.
